The Los Angeles, CA-based artist Robert Fleming writes, records and performs under the moniker of Victory. His debut effort, Victory Is Music was released earlier this year to critical praise – as Victory his sound has been described as sun-bleached rock ‘n’ roll with a pop sensibility, as the song has an infectious hook. And that much is pretty obvious once you hear “Soothing Me So,” the latest single and video off the album; however, the one thing that’s seemingly missed is the fact that the song exudes an urgent, sleazy sensuality.
