A very dear friend’s youngest son is starting his first day of school today, along with a over a million students here in New York, and naturally I thought of this song – Van Halen’s “Hot for Teacher.” (This has been something of an annual tradition here because it brings back memories of school – and of watching the video 10,000 times a day on MTV.)
