As a blogger, my email inbox is flooded with all kinds of requests and inquiries from bands, publicists, labels and the like, and it often is a great way to find out about tons of new local and national bands. So just a little while ago, I received an email from with a single from an up-and-coming Brooklyn trio by the name of Blue and Gold. 

Their first single “Ghost Man” is some sweaty, straightforward rock that will remind you a little bit of Anna Rose’s forthcoming Behold A Pale Horse, the London Souls and others.
