Currently located in Brooklyn, the multi-instrumentalist and producer, William Flynn has worked with the likes of St. Vincent, Acrylics, Aufgang and the Prids; however as a solo artist, Flynn writes, produces and records under the moniker of Sleepers Work.

“Basement Lights,” the latest single from Flynn’s forthcoming full-length debut, No Turn Before The Shoreline consists of layers hazily shimmering synths and wobbling bass that gently unfurl towards the listener. It’s obviously ambient but the song manages to be subtly hypnotic and captures you in it’s grips before you recognize it.
