I’ve been busily attempting to catch up on my photo editing and a few other things before the close of 2023. I closed out July of this year by catching JOVM mainstays Altin Gün play a career-spanning, headlining set at Brooklyn Steel that primarily focused on their last two albums, the year’s Aşk and 2021’s Yol while reminding fans of their uncanny knack for pairing exceptional musicianship with remarkably catchy hooks.

Charming, acclaimed Brazilian singer/songwriter Rogê won the crowd over with a gorgeous set of Bossa nova.
