The past month or so have been very busy in the world of JOVM. But earlier this year, I caught Lawrence, KS-based punk outfit Sweeping Promises play a headlining set at Music Hall of Williamsburg that primarily focused on their excellent sophomore album Good Living Is Coming For You. Massachusetts-based shoegaze collective Constant Smiles and Brooklyn-based indie rockers Jeanines opened.
