Page Campbell and Dan Donahue have been long time collaborators and members of Athens, Georgia’s underground arts and music scene – both have performed with several Athens-based bands including Elephant 6, and have written songs for Bear In Heaven, among others.

Dream Boat, Campbell and Donahue’s creative collaboration may have stemmed from a bit of cosmic coincidence – the two Aquarians share the same birthday. They began writing songs to help overcome the difficulty of living and traveling separately. Eclipsing is the duo’s full-length debut and will see a December 4th release from Olivia Tremor Control’s Cloud Recordings. “Sea to Sky,” is the haunting, ethereal first single from their debut, and as those of us on the East Coast – or more specifically in the New York area – are awaiting Hurricane Sandy, this particular song felt kind of fitting, really.
