This past year has been a pretty big year for electro pop act, French Horn Rebellion as they’ve collaborated with Jody Watley, and in a Billboard interview, they reveal that further collaborations with Ghost Beach, St. Lucia and Haerts are upcoming. And just as they announced the launch of a new website by Band Geeks Gone Wild, which encourages anyone to pick up an instrument and play along with the band’s songs, they released “The Fire,” a collaboration with fellow blogosphere darlings Savoir Adore.
French Horn Rebellion’s latest work owes a great debt to the New Jack Swing-era of Teddy Riley, Kwame and the Polka Dots, and others – but with a modern, club-ready feel. The track offers a slight sonic departure for Savoir Adore, as it has them doing some more straightforward sounding pop.
