Yesterday, a Twitter follower of mine had reminded me that yesterday would have been Jim Morrison’s 70th birthday. And in honor of that occasion, check out this live concert footage of the Doors, shot at the Hollywood Bowl back in 1968. There are a few obvious highlights in the footage including “Light My Fire,” their cover of “Backdoor Man,” off the L.A. Woman album (one of my favorite Doors albums), and “When the Music’s Over” (which oddly enough, starts the live footage).
