After several years of producing and writing electronic music, the Los Angeles-based Australian duo of Aaron Shanahan and Benjamin Plant, decided to start their own project based on their love of 60s and 70s psychedelic pop that they’ve dubbed Wunder Wunder. 

“Coastline” is the band’s first single and it’s a breezily, kaleidoscopic song that kind of sounds (to me at least) like Steely Dan under the influence of hallucinogens. The synths bend, undulate and warp over a hypnotically infectious melody.
