The Brooklyn-based quintet of Tyburn Saints have a sound that owes quite a debt to atmospheric 80s synth pop and 80s synth rock with earnestly sung lyrics – when you hear “With the Night In Our Eyes,” the album-title track off the band’s forthcoming With the Night In Our Eyes, it should bring back warm memories of several bands including the Cure, the Psychedelic Furs and others, thanks to it’s cinematic quality.
