I’m a big fan of Evelyn “Champagne” King. In both of my DJ sets at Clem’s, I managed to throw in some deep cut King songs because they’re fun, funky, sexy — and they can get a crowd moving. King celebrates her 65th birthday today y’all. Yes, 65!
Happy birthday, legend!
