Music has been a lifelong obsession for me. And as a child of the 80s, I was obsessed with David Bowie, The Police, The Cars, Tears for Fears and Talking Heads and a few others. Out of those acts though, Bowie, The Police and Talking Heads were among my very favorites. (The amount of times I watched and listened to Stop Making Sense as a boy was absurd.)
Talking Heads’ David Byrne turns 70 — 70! — today. As I often say here: We should celebrate our legends while we’re still here. So, let’s celebrate David and his amazing work today. Happy birthday, David! May there be many, many more!
