- Ozzy Osbourne celebrated his 75th birthday on December 3
- Montell Jordan celebrated his 55th birthday on December 3
- Jay-Z celebrated his 54th birthday on December 4
- R.E.M co-founder and lead guitarist Peter Buck celebrates his 67th birthday on December 6
The pioneering rock legend Little Richard was born 90 years ago yesterday. Rock ‘n’ roll wouldn’t be worth a damn if it wasn’t for queer Black folk and Black folk. Rock is Black. And always will be Black. Never forget it.
Happy birthday, Richard! Happy birthday wherever you are. Music wouldn’t be the same without you.
