Recently signed to Disclosure’s Method Records, the UK-based artist Tourist will have his forthcoming Patterns EP released on December 3rd. With the release of the EP’s first single, “Together,” the material on the album reveals a sonic change in direction – the track owes a debt to the anthemic, large festival crowd pleasing house music/raves, possessing undulating and glistening synths, and big room-rattling drums, all while being densely layered and slickly produced.
