November is here y’all! And of course, it means that the year has flown by before our eyes.
Much like the ten months before it, November is full of birthdays. So let’s get to it, right?
- Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ frontman Anthony Kiedis celebrated his 62nd birthday on November 1
- Nelly, one of the most commercially successful artists of the early 2000s celebrated his 50th birthday on November 2
- Mobb Deep’s Prodigy was born 50 years ago on November 2
- Onyx’s Sticky Fingaz celebrated his 51st birthday on November 3
- The Screaming Eagle of Soul, Charles Bradley was born 76 years ago today
- Bryan Adams celebrates his 65 — holy shit, 65th! — birthday today
Jonny Greenwood celebrates his 53rd birthday today. I’ve been a huge fan of Greenwood’s work with Radiohead going back to the 90s. Although Radiohead has been on an indefinite hiatus for a while, Greenwood has continued to release work that remains as challenging, strange yet accessible as ever with the supergroup The Smile.
So, let’s celebrate the man and his incredible music.
