Today is the legendary George Clinton‘s 80th birthday. 80, y’all! So let’s celebrate the man, his life and the music that has been a part of all our lives. Without Clinton, we wouldn’t have funk as we know it; we wouldn’t have hip-hop; we wouldn’t have G funk or anything else that we’ve loved over the past 50 years. So, happy birthday George. May there be many, many, many more!
