I’ve had the pleasure and privilege of seeing the legendary bluesman Buddy Guy twice: the first time he had opened for BB King at the United Palace Theatre, and the second time he headlined a Blues festival in Manhattan’s Financial District.
Today is the legendary bluesman’s 84th birthday. So check out this live footage of Buddy Guy doing this thing over the years — and in each and every video, Guy is as vital, rowdy and as hilarious as ever. Happy birthday, Buddy! May there be at least 84 more!
