- Howlin’ Wolf, one of the greatest bluesmen to have ever done it was born 114 years ago on June 10
- Boy George celebrated his 63rd birthday on June 14

Kris Kristofferson celebrates his 88th birthday today. As a songwriter, he’s responsible for some of the most beloved and oft-covered songs of the past 60 years or so. He was also a member of The Highwaymen, the outlaw country supergroup that included Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash.
