Greenpoint Brooklyn R&B/techno act Beacon released a cover of Bear in Heaven’s “Kiss Me Crazy,” off Bear in Heaven’s fantastic and under appreciated I Love You It’s Cool. Beacon’s cover strips the buzzing synths, booming drums and club-like feel and turns the song into an sparse, eerily haunting song that focuses inward – to the point of anxious, discomforting paranoia. 

This cover came fittingly came out on the day that Bear in Heaven announced that they’ll have a homecoming show at the Music Hall of Williamsburg on December 5th.
