If you’ve been following JOVM for some time now, you may be familiar with the Brighton, UK-based indie pop sensation, Fickle Friends. Comprised of Natassja Shiner,  Sam Morris, Harry Herrington, Chris Hall and Jack Wilson, the quintet have received international attention across the blogosphere; in fact, the release of the British band’s debut single “For You” wound up resulting in the band being named one of Hype Machine’s most blogged about artists – incredibly, without the single being available in the US until Ghost Beach signed the act to his label, Crazy Heart Records

The Brighton-based quintet’s latest single “Could Be Wrong” continues upon the success of the band’s previous singles, as the song is comprised of soaring and earnestly plaintive vocals paired with breezily anthemic hooks wrapped around dense layers of shimmering synths in a fashion that is reminiscent of fellow blogosphere darlings, St. Lucia and Haerts, as the incredibly danceable song possesses a similarly slick production style – without removing the song’s sincerity and wistful feel.

The recently released official video features footage of the band while on tour, and it gives a sense of the band’s energetic live set.
