At this point, you’ve heard the following phrase 500,000 times in the past three weeks: “This election is the most consequential election in our country’s history.” That’s not hyperbole or bullshit, it’s true. But that’s the case for every election that takes place across the country. Voting or sitting out of an election will have an impact on you, your loved ones and dear ones, your neighbors and your community that can last years — and in many cases, generations.
I voted on Halloween. But there are still many people who haven’t voted yet. And if you’re eligible to vote, please vote. Your life, the lives of your loved ones, the lives of most vulnerable people any our life and in your community depends on it.
