Earl Simmons, best known as DMX turns 50 today. 50! X is arguably one of the most fearsome, most intense emcees in hip-hop. If some of that bullshit that’s currently played on corporate conglomerate radio was played during X’s heights — and when he was somewhat sober — X would have eaten these wack ass wannabe artists alive.
