November is already here y’all! And of course, it means that the year has flown by before our eyes.
Much like the ten months before it, November is full of birthdays. So let’s get to it, right?
- Red Hot Chili Peppers‘ frontman Anthony Kiedis celebrated his 62nd birthday on November 1
- Nelly, one of the most commercially successful artists of the early 2000s celebrated his 50th birthday on November 2
- Mobb Deep’s Prodigy was born 50 years ago on November 2
Onyx’s Sticky Fingaz celebrates his 51st birthday today. As a teenager, Onyx’s debut, BACDAFUCUP was huge: I remember having a crush on a girl, who had a copy of it on cassette tape. You can still play “Slam” and have people lose their goddamn minds. (I saw them play at SummerStage about a decade ago, and as soon as they played “Slam,” people lost their goddamn minds.)
