- MTV was launched 43 years ago today
Coolio was born on this day 61 years ago. There was a brief period where Coolio was the biggest artist on the face of the earth. You heard his stuff everywhere — even at your grandmother’s place. We tragically lost him a couple of years ago but many of these tracks bring very fond memories.
