I grew up in a music obsessed home. It wasn’t uncommon to hear John Coltrane, Devo, The Police, Talking Heads, Run DMC, Motown, and a lot of other things — sometimes in the same day.
As a boy, I grew up listening to a lot of Yes. It shouldn’t be surprising that “Owner of a Lonely Heart” is somewhere on that personal soundtrack of mine — because 80s after all. I learned that today, Yes’ former frontman Jon Anderson turns 78 today. Happy birthday, Jon! May there be many, many more!
