Although I can’t say that I was the world’s biggest fan of hers, as a child of the ’80s, I remember hearing some of Olivia Newton John‘s biggest hits constantly. Plus, if you were a child of the ’80s, you’ve seen Grease maybe 200 times at some point or another. (In retrospect, it’s kind of odd because some of the references are so creepy now — but, the ’80s, right?)
I was saddened to hear of John’s death today and as I was going through YouTube for this post, I had realized that after all of these years, the Physical album was a fantastic pop album.
