Charles Michael Kittridge Thompson IV, a.k.a. Black Francis, a.k.a Frank Black celebrates his 60th — yes, y’all 60th! — birthday today. As the frontman of the Pixies and as a solo artist, Thompson has been behind some of the most beloved and influential songs written in the past 40 years.
