Throwback: Happy 75th Birthday, George Thorogood!

February is a very busy month. It’s Black History Month, which I’ll continue to celebrate throughout the month. And there are of course, several important birthdays that coincide and will be celebrating, as well.

One of the greatest living bluesmen and guitarists, George Thorogood celebrates his 75th birthday today. Thorogood’s covers of “One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer” and “Who Do You Love” are among the best covers ever recorded. And I will proudly die on that hill.

Happy birthday, George. May there be many, many, more!
