Yesterday was the last day of school for New York City public school kids. Yes, y’all “School’s out for summer!’ And for some of the young people “school’s out forever.”
I think many of us can remember the excitement and freedom of a summer full of playing with our friends, day camp and sleep-away camp and more. Those days seemed so carefree, didn’t they?
Enjoy the summer, kids. It flies by, trust me.
