Jimi Hendrix, one of the most original and most influential singer/songwriters, guitarists of the past 100 years was born 81 years ago today. Although we tragically lost Hendrix at the all too young age of 27, his work and his life are as vital, forceful and as important as ever.
So let’s celebrate Jimi’s life and work today. Happy birthday, Jimi! Happy birthday, wherever you are.
