There was a birthday that I forgot while I was running around town doing the things: Montréal’s beloved balladeer, poets and novelists, Leonard Cohen was 90 years ago on September 21. For those, who don’t know, Montréal has two enormous murals dedicated to the legend, one located not far from where he once lived and his favorite deli — and the other across the street from one of his favorite bars.
Happy birthday, Leonard. Happy birthday, wherever you are.
