News/Announcements: C2C Festival Announces First Wave 2026 Lineup

Founded back in 2002 as Club to Club Festival, Turin‘s C2C Festival has a long-held reputation for a distinctive curatorial vision that’s deeply connected to the city and its cultural ecosystem. Rooted in a long-held commitment to innovation and original trajectories in contemporary music, C2C Festival is an independent platform dedicated to new sounds, avant-garde practices and future-facing pop, dissolving genre boundaries and actively reshaping the contemporary music experience.

Frequently spanning new pop, electronic, rap, jazz, folk and R&B, the festival over the course of its history has been defined by a constant and determined spirit of tension and cross-disciplinary exchange. This has led to the event earning praise from Pitchfork as the “ne-plus-ultra festival of avant-garde eclecticism.”

C2C’s 25th edition will take place October 29, 2026-November 1, 2026 . Set against the backdrop of Contemporary Art Week, 2026’s C2C follows the landmark successor of last year’s event, which welcomed 42,000 attendees and saw a record breaking 40% international audience, helped to maintain the festival’s reputation for being one of Italy’s largest indoor music festivals, a global reference point for avant-pop and one of the Europe’s leading contemporary music festivals.

Festival organizers recently announced the first wave lineup for the 25th edition. This year’s event will feature rare festival sets from:

  • Acclaimed Swedish electro pop artist Robyn, whose C2C set will feature material from Sexistenial, her first album in seven years — and arguably one of the most anticipated comeback efforts this decade. The acclaimed Swedish artist is the festival’s unquestioned headliner.
  • Swedish emcees Yung Leen and Bladee, who will be performing together in Italy for the first time. Both artists are key figures in the cloud rap scene and their live set will showcase the pair’s shared artistic and stylistic visions, which blur the lines between rap, electronic music and digital culture. And let’s not forget that Bladee is known as the co-founder and frontman of the acclaimed Drain Gang collective.
  • French artist Oklou will be making her C2C Festival debut. Her set at the festival’s 25th edition comes on the heels of last year’s Choke Enough, an effort that has earned widespread critical acclaim and cult status for its blend of ethereal pop, Y2K referencers and baroque-tinged atmospherics.

The 25th edition of C2C will also see several acts returning to Turin, including:

  • Arca, who in just over a decade has helped define a musical era through a radically free yet stylistically coherent practice exploring body and identity.
  • Washington, DC-born Kelela, known as one of most refined and forward-thinking voices of contemporary R&B returns to Turin for the first time in over a decade
  • Recent Venice Biennale Musica Silver Lion Award-winning artist Elysia Crampton, a.k.a. Chuquimamani-Condori will appear at C2C Festival’s 25th edition with the DJ E project. Following a memorable performance alongside brother Joshua Chuquimia Crampton as Los Thuthanaka, this new project sees the award-winning artist approaching DJ’ing through sonic cacophony, emotional vulnerability and a raw abundance of texture.

The first wave lineup will be rounded out by the following:

Acclaimed, adventurous Toronto-based jazz quartet BADBADNOTGOOD. The Canadian outfit boldly and actively explores the more exploratory and hybrid edges of jazz through collaborations with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Tyler, The Creator, Frank Ocean and a growing list of others.

Chanel Beads, the project of New York-based artist Shane Lavers. Lavers is a key figure in the city’s DIY scene, whose intersecting influences have met in a form of intimate, psychotropic art pop.

underscores, the project of April Harper Grey, one of hyperpop’s rising and distinctive artists, who after a run of attention grabbing singles over the past year will be releasing her highly-anticipated third album.

Joanne Robertson, a Manchester– born folk singer/songwriter, musician, poet, painter and frequent collaborator of Dean Blunt will perform a set of material focused on last year’s Blurr.

KMRU, the Nairobi-born, Berlin-based ambient wave artist, whose work draws from field recording, noise and sound art will play a set focused on Kini, their newest creative chapter.

Two dance music artists from different contexts and generations, united by a shared interest in music as a tool for identity will be playing this year’s edition: Christelle Oyiri, a.k.a. Crystalmess, a Guadeloupean-Ivorian, Paris-based DJ, producer and multidisciplinary artist, whose work explores the hidden histories of contemporary culture, media and identity. Their approach extended into recent audio/visual work In a perpetual remix at the Tate Modern.

Detroit-based Theo Parrish, one of the pioneers of Detroit house and a key voice for Black music in its many forms. His C2C set will reportedly be an extended set showcasing the breadth of his range and his distinctive ability to build fully realized sonic narratives.

The full first wave lineup as always, will be below. Festival organizers will be making additional lineup announcements in the upcoming weeks and months.
